How long does it take?

Car detailing isn’t just a car wash. It is a multi-step process that’s going to leave your car looking and feeling better than before. It’s an investment in an enjoyable driving experience. It’s true that if you took your vehicle to get detailed at one of those brick-and-mortar stores that they may not take as long to complete their service. Their objective is to get as many customers through their doors as possible. But if you’re like us, you value quality over quantity. We take the time to meticulously clean your car, and we don’t stop until it has met our incredibly high standards. We believe in giving our customers the “white glove” treatment, and we lovingly care for your car as if it were our own.

What are your prices?

Pricing depends on your vehicle type and the service desired (i.e., interior only, exterior only, or both). For packages and pricing information, please visit the Services section of our website. Can I buy a detailing service as a gift?

Yes! Please visit the Gift Cards section of our website and purchase a gift card. Please note that all gift card sales are final and can only be redeemed for the services we offer.

What products do you use?

We mostly use Griots Garage products; however, we are open to using specific products that you, the customer, specifically request. Just let us know if there’s a certain product that you love, and we’ll get it for you to use on your vehicle!

Will you come to me to detail my vehicle?

Absolutely! We are a mobile service, and we are equipped to come to you so long as you have an area in which we can work, such as a driveway or carport. We will also need access to your water hookup and electricity.

What payment methods do you use?

We take all payment methods, including cash, check (made payable to His & Hers Mobile Auto Detailing), credit card, Venmo and PayPal. If you opt to use a credit card however, we must charge a credit card usage fee of 3.5% to your overall bill.

Do you do paint touch-ups?

Currently, we do not offer paint touch-ups as part of our service lineup.

Do you clean child car seats?

Currently, we do not offer child car seat cleaning as part of our service lineup.

Can you buff out scratches?

It depends on how deep the scratch is. We cannot buff out a scratch or a gouge that is down to the metal. But if you have surface-level scratches from normal wear and tear, we can apply a correcting cream to your vehicle with one of our polishing services. Polishing services are included on our Silver and Gold packages.

If I add a hot shampoo to my service, will my seats be damp upon completion?

Yes. We do our best to extract as much water from your upholstery as possible, but there’s no way for your seats to be completely dry right after a hot shampoo. We ask that if you request a hot shampoo that you do not drive your vehicle for a minimum of 12 hours after completion of the service, to allow time to dry. The same applies if you request a Fabric Protectant spray for your upholstery.

How soon can I drive my vehicle after I get ceramic applied?

Ceramic spray needs time to cure, so we ask that you do not drive your vehicle for a minimum of 24 hours after ceramic is applied. It is also recommended that your vehicle is parked under cover for this duration, such as your garage or under a carport.

Do you detail boats, motorhomes, RVs, trailers, etc?

Absolutely! For recreational vehicle and boat detail pricing, please contact us and we can give you a custom quote.
